Directors
Mr.Oscar Pereira and Ms.Cheryl Pereira, are the founders of the company and have been instrumental in shaping the company's business to cater to a niche-market. Over the years, the directors have developed the company’s activity to encompass a wide variety of skin care and hair care treatments that are constantly in the process of being upgraded. The directors are seasoned professionals, with extensive experience in addressing skin care and hair care concerns through effective treatments and products developed by them.
Mr. Oscar Pereira, the head of the company is an acknowledged cosmetologist, renowned for his ground-breaking work in evolving new generation skin and hair care treatments. He has written avidly on skin and hair care and has appeared on various TV shows as an expert in the field of beauty treatments. He has also pioneered the concept of holding seminars for training and updating beauticians on the latest treatments and developments.
Ms.Cheryl Pereira, the director and the dynamic force guiding the company’s growth, is a science graduate with professional management qualifications. Having majored in chemistry with honours, she is an FDA approved chemist. After graduation, she worked for Warren Pharmaceuticals during her formative years, learning the manufacturing process of cosmetics to exacting pharmaceutical standards.
While Mr. Oscar Pereira drives the Business Development and Marketing activity, Ms. Pereira focuses on Finance, Administration and Operations.

Factory Manager
Mr. Shivaji Pawar, Factory Manager, is a science graduate having majored in Chemistry with Physics as a subsidiary subject, from Bombay University. He brings to his position, rich experience of over three decades working to the exacting standards of the pharmaceutical sector.
Beginning his career in 1974 as a junior chemist with a pharma company, he steadily worked his way up the corporate ladder to rise to the position of production manager and was instrumental in implementing good manufacturing practices and developing a wide range of ophthalmic solutions, parenterals and cosmetic products, for which he also received FDA accreditation.
He contributes the wealth of his experience in the management of the company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Vasai, Dist.Thane.
