Brand Managers / Executives
Brand Managers / Executives at junior and middle level to assist Top Management in the planning, developing, and directing of marketing activity, involving co-ordination with Sales, Product Promotion, Distribution and Packaging Development functions. Ideal candidates would be in the age-group of 25–35, post-graduates in Marketing Management with hands-on experience of atleast 3-4 years in Brand Management.
Product Development Managers / Executives
Junior and middle level Product Development Executives and Managers to assist Top Management in identifying product segments and innovating products that will be unique and involving co-ordination with Sales, Product Promotion, and Marketing Research functions, so as to take a product from concept to commercialization. Ideal candidates would be in the age-group of 25–35 and would be graduates / Post–graduates in Science / Pharmacy / Cosmetic Technology / Marketing Management, with hands-on experience of atleast 2-3 years in product development.
Trainers / Technical educators
Junior and middle level Trainers to assist Top Management in effectively carrying out the company’s Sales-linked training function. This would involve travel across the country for techno-marketing through Seminars, Workshops and In-salon demos, for skin care professionals at various places. Ideal candidates would be selfmotivated and articulate professionals with a passion for teaching, in the age-group of 25–35 and Graduates / Post-graduates in Science / Pharmacy / Cosmetic technology. Prior successful stint in teaching for atleast 3-4 years would be an advantage.
Regional and Zonal Sales Managers
Middle and senior level Regional & Zonal Managers to assist the Top management in achieving the Corporate sales goals by guiding the sales team to develop the company’s business, both Inland and overseas. The assignment involves building up a larger client-portfolio, achieving market penetration and enhancing business level and identifying and appointing Super Distributors / Distributors and maintaining liaison with them. It also entails planning of the team effort, setting of beat plans and Permanent Journey Plans, supervising team effort and evolving Sales strategies.
Ideal candidates would be in the age-group of 28–38 and would preferably have an academic background in Science / Pharmacy / Cosmetic technology and Marketing Management with excellent communication abilities and team-building and interpersonal skills
Business Development Executives
Business Development Executives to work in the field to achieve Sales goals. The assignment involves visiting Beauty Salons according to the set Beat plans for achieving Secondary Sales target, assisting in co-ordination of the training activity of the company, which involves arranging Seminars Workshops and in-salon activity, assisting in the identification and appointment of Super Distributor / Distributor, and maintaining liaison with them so as to achieve Primary sales target.
Ideal candidate would be go-getters in the age-group of 22–27, graduates / Post-graduates preferably in Science / Pharmacy / Cosmetic technology with a Sales background. Previous experience in the Skin care industry would be an advantage.
